ADHD Health Habit Builder Intensive
- A focused, month-long intensive is designed for women with ADHD or anyone who finds it hard to stay on track with their health goals. This intensive is here to help you master the art of habit-building, even when focus and motivation feel challenging.
- Format: Four weekly one-on-one 30-minute sessions with a daily accountability check-in option via text or app.
- Deliverables: A 30-day Habit Tracker, tailored action plans, and a wrap-up session with a maintenance guide.
"FOCUS" Group Coaching Program
This FOCUS program emphasizes the process of understanding, developing, and maintaining healthy eating habits specifically for women who find themselves sidetracked, easily overwhelmed, or struggling to keep up with health routines—whether they’re diagnosed with ADHD or experience similar challenges. Each week, we’ll tackle common barriers, from planning meals to managing stress, together with a supportive community and expert guidance.
